While in the Reading Room, please flag materials for reproduction with acid-free paper (available upon request).

Color - $.50 per page

Scanning:
$1.00 per scan for most images

We do not ordinarily reproduce entire collections or large portions of materials. Patrons may contract independently with recommended student employees for research or copying beyond the routine inquiry. The suggested rate is $10.00 an hour, although the students work directly with the patron and may negotiate their own rate.

Publication Use
Though we do not charge for use of materials, we do ask that patrons notify staff prior to publishing any collection contents. Please complete and return our Permission to Publish form in advance. Below are the publication use policies:

  • Publication of reproduced material or use of quotations or images from original archival material requires separate written permission and use of approved credit line.
  • The patron assumes full responsibility for conforming with laws of privacy, copyright, and literary property rights, which may be involved with use of materials from this collection.
