Knox faculty and staff can place hold request in Knox Primo for most circulating items. Patrons in all other patron groups cannot place hold requests--they must visit the libraries to retrieve items from the shelves. 

Knox Primo will only present the Request link on an item if the patron is Knox faculty or staff and if the material is in one of the circulating collections. Equipment, reserves, microforms, and miscellaneous non-print materials are not available for hold requests.

Currently, there is only one pick up location for materials on hold: Seymour Library.
