Knox College Library Policies and Procedures
Patrons should always be encouraged to renew materials themselves by logging into their Knox Primo account.
If you must renew items in Alma, search for the patron using one of the methods displayed under the Patron Records tab (left) and open the Patron Services page. Display all loans for the patron, then use the row actions button next to the title of the loan that you want to renew and select "Renew" from the drop-down list.
Note: Not all loans are renewable. Watch for pop-up messages about the status of the renewal.
